This course runs alongside our 3-day QQI People Management Course.

That means anyone who attends this Management Training Course has the option to progress to achieve a QQI Level 6 Managing People Certification (award code: 6N3945).

Here’s how you can get certified:

  • Let us know, either when booking or during the first 2 days of training that you would like to achieve a certification.
  • There is an additional cost for progressing to certification. Your Professional Development contact can advise you about this when booking.
  • Complete the additional Day 3 of training immediately following the 2 days of this course.
  • Day 3 covers key people management skills, such as coaching your team, workplace legislation, and understanding values, culture, and attitudes.
  • To achieve the QQI Managing People certification, you will need to complete and submit assessment work in the 8 weeks following training.
  • During Day 3, you will also begin to prepare for your assessment work. We provide you with a detailed assessment brief to support your assignments.

You don't need to bring anything. We supply relevant course materials (slides etc.) for both classroom and virtual courses.

For classroom training, we supply lunch and refreshments.

This is an interactive, workshop-style course. Theory and practical learning are blended to create a productive learning environment.

We run our classroom courses in conveniently placed Dublin venues, close to the M50. All of our training venues offer complimentary parking for delegates.

This 2-day Management Course is a practical course with no certification. We do offer the option to get certified for anyone who attends this course.

To progress to certification, you attend a 3rd training day immediately following the first 2 days of training. You will then need to complete assessment work and further self-directed learning in the 8 weeks following training.
