Who is this supervisor training course for?

Our supervisor training course is for those who are currently involved in, or about to undertake, a supervisory position.

This is a practical and clear guide to supervising and managing staff. You will learn how to deal with people in a positive manner. You will be given guidelines on how to deal with all types of people and earn the respect of the team.

4 weeks for one evening per week from 6.30pm to 9.30pm
