Scrum is a form of Agile. It is a framework used to implement Agile principles and values. There are several Agile frameworks including Kanban, XP, Crystal and DSDM. Scrum is the most popular and widely adopted of these frameworks.

We offer 2 Agile courses for individuals, our Agile Certified Course and our Scrum Master Certified Course.

We have chosen to offer the SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC^TM) certification as it is internationally recognised. It enables us to provide a course syllabus that serves as a strong foundation for your Agile project work.

Both of our public Agile courses (Agile Certified Course and Scrum Master Certified Course) include your exam and certification costs in the course price.

You achieve certification in 3 steps. First, attend training. This is followed by a study period (your schedule determines the timeline here). Once you feel ready, you schedule and complete your online exam. When you successfully complete your exam, you will be certified.

Yes, we have several courses available for in-company team training.

These courses range from a 2-day introduction to Agile to training in all Scrum team roles. We also have an exam preparation course for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)^® qualification designed for experienced Agile teams. Our Scrum Master Certified course is 2 days long and our Agile Certified Course takes place over 3 days.

Training always takes place on weekdays, and runs from 9.30am until 5.00pm each day.

You don’t need any previous experience with Agile or Scrum. Some familiarity with project management is helpful, but not essential.
