About Our Courses

• I don't see the course I want. How can I find out if it's available?

  We have listed our most popular courses online, but our broad panel of trainers means that we can deliver specialised training in most subjects. To find out if we can cover the course you need, click above to Ask A Quick Question.



• Who Delivers Our Courses?

  We work with a team of trainers who are not only certified training professionals, but carry extensive experience in their chosen training field. To learn more about our trainers, visit Our Team Page.



• Are all of our courses certified?

  We offer many certification options. However, in response to feedback from our customers, some of our courses are "skills-focused". A skills-focused course is practical and interactive, giving you relevant skills, but with no exam or accreditation.

How To Book

• I have found the course I want. How can I book?

  You can book by clicking on the Book This Course button located on each course page. Another easy way to book is to call our customer care team on Freephone 1800 910 810.



• I am almost ready to book, but have some questions about my course.

  Contact us by clicking an Ask A Quick Question button, or phoning our head office on Freephone 1800 910 810. We'll be happy to answer any question you have.



• How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

  Once you have completed your booking, a member of our team will send you confirmation by email. This will include your course details (dates, location, times), a receipt of payment and any additional course information you need.

Attending A Course

• Where are the courses held?

  Our courses run in a number of nationwide venues. When you book with us, we will send you a confirmation email which includes venue details and directions.



• What time does training begin at?

  Our courses begin at 9.30 each morning and end at 5.00pm each evening. This may vary slightly by 30 minutes on either side. Your customer care representative will confirm the exact times for your course.



• What do I need to bring?

  We provide refreshments, lunch and course materials on all of our open courses. If you need to bring anything else with you, our team will let you know when you make your booking.
