Our Team Leader Training is available in both classroom and virtual formats. Classroom training refers to in-person attendance at our Dublin training venues. Virtual training is a real-time, trainer-led course that you can access from anywhere.

Would you like to achieve a Management Certification?
This 2-day Team Leader Course is a practical, skills-based course. We offer all Team Leader Training participants a convenient way to progress to achieving a QQI Level 6 Managing People certification.
How does it work?
Step 1: Decide if You want to Achieve Certification
You can let us know if you want to get certified either when you make your booking, or during the first 2 days of the Team Leader Course. There is an additional cost associated with progressing to certification. Your Professional Development contact can advise you of the best rates available when you book.Step 2: Attend Day 3 of Training
Day 3 immediately follows day 1 and 2. During this third day, you’ll begin to prepare for your QQI assessment work and cover additional beneficial managing people content. This includes coaching your team, understanding relevant workplace legislation, and becoming familiar with attitudes and culture.Step 3: Assessment Work
In order to be eligible for certification, you will need to complete accompanying assessment work in the 8 weeks following training. We provide you with direction and support via a detailed assessment brief.Step 4: Get Certified!
Once you have successfully submitted and passed your assessment work, you will receive your QQI Level 6 award in Managing People (code: 6N3945).
