This is an intensive programme, covering a range of Agile methodologies.
As Scrum is the most popular, it receives the most focus of all Agile methodologies during training. We also use Scrum in our practical exercises for this course. We will cover other popular methodologies, including XP (Extreme Programming) and Kanban.
The range of Agile methodologies available is extensive. Therefore, we will be unable to cover every one in the same level of detail over 3 days. You will receive an introduction to other methodologies including TDDM, DSDM, Crystal, and FDDM.
Following training and as part of your studies for your exam, you will also receive access to comprehensive support materials via our online learning portal.

Our live virtual course aims to provide you with a practical understanding of Agile.
While it also begins to prepare you to sit the SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMCTM) exam, you will need to continue your exam preparation with a period of self-directed learning after the training is completed.
We provide you with guidance and the materials you need for this self-directed learning and study, but it’s important to note that you will need to allow time for this between training and sitting your exam.
Although we do focus on 3 popular Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and XP) during training, it is not possible to cover all Agile methodologies in detail over the 3 days of this course. You can read more about this in the "Classroom Course" tab on this page, or by downloading our PDF brochure.
No previous Agile experience is needed for this training. Although some experience with or awareness of project management is helpful, it is not essential.
