Is there a Certification called “Train the Trainer”?
Until the end of 2014, there was a course and certification named “FETAC Train The Trainer” (code: E30179).
QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) was formed to combine the standalone agencies of FETAC, HETAC and NQAI. QQI deactivated the old “Train the Trainer” course and replaced it with the new courses and awards we talk about on this page.
Since then, although the courses are called “Training Delivery and Evaluation” and “Training Needs Identification and Design”, they are still collectively known as “Train the Trainer Courses”.
What is the most popular Train the Trainer course?
If we based it purely on the number of people we train, then Training Delivery and Evaluation would be the most popular Train the Trainer course. We run this course every month in Dublin, along with tailored, in-house programmes for clients all over Ireland.
Training Needs Identification and Design runs less often, but it’s difficult to secure a spot on this course as it is so popular with trainers, business owners and HR professionals.
